Additionally, you can also receive the full brisket, known for its rich flavor and tenderness. As always cut to your individual preference. On average, a front quarter weighs around 250lbs+ hanging. Your final bill will reflect the weight of the beef you receive at $6.45/lb hanging.

Known for its incredibly tender steak sourced from the hind quarter's tenderloin, these American Wagyu quarters make a bold statement! Loaded with options for both bone-in and boneless cuts, you'll discover the perfect choice for your next meal. Plus, don't miss out on the added value of Round, which makes for a fan-favorite fajita meat. Hind quarters are generally around 225lbs. Your final bill will reflect the weight of the beef you receive at $6.45/lb hanging weight.
