This compact package offers the same top cuts you're accustomed to, typically yielding 50lbs to 60lbs of premium freezer beef. Simply choose your quarter, and we’ll divide the hanging weight in half, calculating your final price at $7 per pound.

You'll also receive 3 Denver Steaks, 2 Flat Iron Steaks, 1/2 a Brisket, 2 Short Ribs, and approximately 30lbs Ground Burger. Additionally, items like Beef Bacon and Patties are available as options. Rest assured, all costs will accurately reflect the exact beef you receive!
